PALMETTO DUNES LAGOON
Get ready to try some of the best fishing on Hilton Head Island, all while in the flat, calm waters of the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort lagoon system. A nursery to a variety of saltwater fish species, this lagoon system holds giant redfish, trout, bluefish, black drum, flounder, and even tarpon.
HILTON HEAD INSHORE FISHING CHARTERS
Embark on a Hilton Head Island inshore fishing charter led by one of our native guides in a quiet, electric skiff. This skiff can accommodate up to three adult anglers or a family of four (two adults and two children ages 12 and under).
We allow catch-and-release fishing on the private property in the lagoon. We also offer light tackle and fly fishing for the beginner to the most experienced of anglers. This trip is also great for families who want to spend the day together on the water.
OFFSHORE EXPLORATION
If your interest is in the ocean waters, take an 18.5-foot custom Maverick out of Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina, located across the street from Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort’s main entrance. Take a ride on a flat skiff large enough for four people to relax or cast their lines for trout, redfish, ladyfish, crevalle jack, cobia, tarpon, and sharks (or king mackerel if the conditions are right).

All trip supplies are included as well as a cooler with ice for soft drinks, snacks, beer, wine etc. Three medium-sized adults or two adults and two children ages 12 & under. No extra charge per person. All boats are U.S. Coast Guard licensed captains, all tackle, bait, and ice included. Fish are cleaned and bagged.
A South Carolina salt water fishing license is required to fish in the lagoon system. Fishing licenses are available online at www.dnr.sc.gov.
