All throughout 2022, we watched you surf, paddle, and pedal your way to outdoor fun, and now that a new year is here, it’s time for some new adventures with health and wellness in mind! Turn Your Weekly Cardio into a fun Bike Ride

How about trying to create a weekly (or monthly) goal using Hilton Head Outfitters activities to enjoy the wonderful health benefits outdoor recreation has to offer? Your weekly exercise goal could be biking once (or twice) a week and set how far you want to bike. Once you start building more endurance, you could extend the distance you want to go. Biking around Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head Island is very scenic and a nice change of pace from the gym. Maybe you start small and rent bikes once every two weeks. Whatever you choose – breathe in the fresh air, go at your own pace, and set goals that are attainable for you!

Hilton Head Island’s 1-2 foot waves are perfect for beginners to learn how to surf on.
